May 2015 Newsletter: Do You Still Need Inspections?
- The California Construction General Permit requires at a minimum, weekly inspections, as well as weather driven inspections.
- The weather driven inspections include: Pre-Rain or REAPs, Post-Rain and During Rain Inspections.
- Inspections are required year-round regardless of Risk Level or Type.
- Quarterly non-storm water inspections are also required.
