- Take the QSP Exam Online at the (OWP) Office of Water Programs (Sacramento State)
- Take the CISEC or CESSWI Review Class (must be pre-approved to sit for exam)
- Update OWP QSP Record with CISEC or CESSWI Certificate Number
- QSP Certificate Issued by email
